How to book your holiday with Sega Travel Mauritius.

Your Mauritius holiday is planned on a one to one basis with our team therefore we do not offer an online booking service.

We know you would prefer to discuss your planning with our local experts and guarantee that dream Mauritius holiday with exactly the villa rental, excursions and activities you want. 

There are 4 easy stages to planning your Mauritius Holiday:

1. Browse through our website and find villa rentals , excursions and activities or special occasions that you would like to include in your package.


2. When you have a idea of what you would like to do and where you would like to stay and visit you can contact our team in one of 3 ways:

   If you use our booking form please include your telephone number so we can contact you as soon as possible to help you plan your Mauritius holiday.
   
   The form is only a starting point for your plan so do not be too concerned that you must fill out all the details. These can be organised directly with our team by telephone or email.


3. Once your plans are finalised our team will email you a  booking form that you can complete and email back to us as soon as possible so we can confirm all your bookings. This will be our purchase order for your villa and any trips or activities.
   
   At this stage a deposit of 30% of the total villa rental price, or the full amount if booking within 45 days of departure paid to our bank account at the MCB bank in Mauritius within 5 days.

   You can pay any outstanding amounts by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal by clicking the button below.
   You will be taken to the Paypal Secure Server where you can proceed with your payment.
   
   Please only use this method if you have received your invoice from us.

   The villa rental booking will be reserved for a period of 5 working days from the sending of this form therefore the deposit should be paid as soon as possible.
   If the deposit is not received within this time the reservation will lapse. If you have any questions or need further advice please do not hesitate to contact us so that your reservation is not lost.
   
   There is only limited villa accommodation on the island of Mauritius so be sure to confirm your reservation within the time limit.


4. When we have received your payment and signed booking form we will send you a written confirmation form with all the necessary details within 7 days.
